Charge Audit

  • Ledgers reviewed by Onboard service team reviews for accuracy to enrolled/unenrolled residents 


Final Checkpoint

  • Confirm that charge accounts are accurate
  • Address any escalated situations or outstanding items
  • Open forum Q&A for completion of the implementation
  • Collateral and additional resources
